How to Register for League Play 

The new registration system allows you to register for a single player or multiple players (for example, your spouse). Once registration is live, click on the registration link (provided to you in an email or on the specific league page, if registration is open) and complete all the required fields as outlined below.

Once you have accessed the system, you can register for a single player or multiple players.  See instructions below, or view the PDF (sample of Spring League sign up)

To register a single player:

This will open the MEMBER LOOKUP pop up window. 

Note: you cannot manually enter your membership number. The system needs to search for it.

You will be asked to review your information and enter your payment details. If you need to edit anything, click Edit Information to return to the Participant Details.

A confirmation page with your receipt number will open. You will also receive an email confirming your registration.

Note: if a session is full, you will be prompted to join the waitlist (no charge). When a space becomes available, you will be notified.


To register multiple players: 

Note: you cannot manually enter the membership number. The system needs to search for it.

Note that the name of the first registrant is now listed. You may edit their information by clicking on their name. You may also delete the registrant by clicking on the trash can icon next to their name.

You will be asked to review your information and enter your payment details. If you need to edit anything, click Edit Information to return to the Participant Details.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
A league is cancelled in its entirety before the first game or event.
A player is unable to participate due to injury or for reasons beyond their control (e.g., relocation, unexpected personal circumstances) with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Refund Process:
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to president@burlingtonpickleball.ca.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the request.

Refund Amounts:
Refunds will be prorated based on the number of games or events remaining in the season at the time of the request.
Processing fees for any payments made through Pickleball Canada are non refundable.
Refunds done by e-transfer are subject to an administrative fee of $2.

Policy Updates:
The Burlington Pickleball Association reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants. By registering for any of our pickleball leagues, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this refund policy.

Registration is required for all sessions and you do need to be a BPA member in good standing.
